கலாஷேத்ரா அறக்கட்டளை வெளியிட்ட செய்திக் குறிப்பு!

 கலாஷேத்ரா அறக்கட்டளையின் நிர்வாகிகள் குழு கூட்டம் நேற்று (3.4.2023) நடைபெற்றது. இதில் கல்லூரியில்  பணியாற்றும் பேராசிரியர்கள் சிலர், அங்கு பயிலும் மாணவிகளுக்குச் செய்த பாலியல் சீண்டல்கள், பாலியல் வன்கொடுமைகள்  குறித்து மாணவிகள் நடத்திய போராட்டம் மற்றும் புகார்கள் தொடர்பானவை குறித்தும் விவாதிக்கப்பட்டது. 

 கூட்டத்தின் முடிவில் சில முக்கிய முடிவுகள் எடுக்கப்பட்டது.

அதன்படி:

1.  பாலியல் புகார்கள் தொடர்பாக விசாரணை நடத்த 3 பேர் அடங்கிய குழுவை அமைப்பது, 

கலாஷேத்ரா மாணவிகளுக்கு, பேராசிரியர்கள் பாலியல் தொல்லை அளித்த விவகாரம் தொடர்பாக விசாரணை நடத்த ஓய்வுபெற்ற நீதிபதி கே.கண்ணன்,

மேனாள் காவல்துறை இயக்குநர் லத்திகா சரண், 

மருத்துவர் ஷோபா வர்தமான் ஆகியோர் அடங்கிய குழுவை அமைப்பது,

2.  குற்றம்சாட்டப்பட்ட பேராசிரியர் ஹரி பத்மன் விசாரணை முடியும் வரை பணியிடை நீக்கம் செய்யப்படுகிறார்.

3.  இதர உதவிப் பேராசிரியர்களான சஞ்சித்லால், சாயிகிருஷ்ணன்,  சிறீநாத் ஆகிய ஆசிரியர்களையும் பணியிடை நீக்கம்  செய்வது-

4. ஏற்கெனவே அமைக்கப்பட்ட அறக்கட்டளை விசாரணைக் குழு கலைக்கப்பட்டு புதிய விசாரணைக் குழு அமைக்கப்படுகிறது.

5. புதிய குழு மாணவர்களிடம் எந்தவித அழுத்தமும் இல்லாமல் விசாரணை நடத்தும். 

இதனைத் தொடர்ந்து மாணவர்களின் பாதுகாப்பு மற்றும் அவர்களின் எதிர்கால நலனை கருத்தில் கொண்டு  நடவடிக்கைகள் எடுக்கப்பட்டுள்ளன. ஆகவே, அச்சமின்றி  தேர்வுகளை எழுத வருமாறு மாணவர்களுக்கு அழைப்பு விடுக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. 

கலாஷேத்ரா நிர்வாகம். மாணவர்களுக்கு பாதுகாப்பான சூழலை உருவாக்குவதில் உறுதியாக இருக்கிறோம் என்று அந்தச் செய்திக் குறிப்பில்  தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.

 

Kalakshetra Foundation Press Note 

The Board of Kalakshetra Foundation, in its meeting today (April 3, 2023), met to review the developments over the last few days and expressed concerns over the recent incidents at the campus. After due deliberation, the Board has resolved as follows: 

1. An independent inquiry committee has been constituted with the following members to inquire into the allegations: a. Justice (Retd) Shri K. Kannan; 

b. Smt. Letika Saran, Former DGP, Tamil Nadu; and 

c. Dr. Shobha Varthaman 

2. Sri Haripadman, Assistant Professor, has been placed under suspension with immediate effect, pending inquiry. 

3. The services of Shri Sanjith Lal, Shri Sai Krishnan and Shri Sreenath, repertory artists, may be dispensed with immediate effect. 

4. The Internal Complaints Committee stands reconstituted. 

5. A new student counsellor and an Independent Advisory Committee shall be appointed immediately to strengthen the administration of the Kalakshetra Foundation. 

The Board also made an appeal to the students to attend the examinations, as rescheduled. The Kalakshetra Foundation is fully committed to ensuring the safety and security of its students, and providing a secure and inclusive environment for all.
